Biographical Information

Varpu Lindstrom is a professor of History and Women's Studies at York University in
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She has written extensively on Finnish Canadian
Immigrant history. She and her husband Borje Vahamaki make their home outside
Toronto in Ontario, Canada.
